We understand that everyone’s needs are different. Our respectful support workers are here to assist you with day-to-day personal care, always in a way that feels right for you.
Support includes:
Showering, dressing, and self-care
Toileting assistance and continence management

Reminders and help with taking medications
🧹 Domestic Assistance

Navigating Your Disability Care Journey
1. Eligibility Checks
Check eligibility by visiting ndis.gov.au or call 1800 800 110. Request an Access Request Form (ARF) or apply online.
2. Assessment
Submit your ARF with supporting evidence from your GP, specialists, or therapists. Undergo an NDIA assessment – this may involve interviews and documentation reviews.
3. Developing Your Personalised Care Plan
Attend a planning meeting to create your first NDIS plan.
4. Commencing Services
Nominate Level Up Care Services to deliver your funded supports. Services can begin as soon as your plan is approved.
