At Level Up Care Services, we help older Australians live safely and independently in their
own homes. Our Home Care Packages are designed to support your lifestyle, health, and
wellbeing with dignity and respect.

What is a Home Care Package (HCP)?

A Home Care Package is government funding provided to eligible older Australians to access
tailored services at home. From basic help around the house to complex nursing care, we’re here to support you every step of the way.

From 1 July 2025, there are now 8 Home Care Package levels:

– Level 1–4: Standard home care services
– Level 5–8: Enhanced care support for higher needs
